“Having suffered with severe back pain for a number of years, I have a slip of L4 on L5, and needing need to exercise, being unable to do aerobics, running etc., I joined the Callanetics class eighteen months ago not only to strengthen my core muscles but to generally stretch and tone my entire body. The results have been extremely positive. I feel fit and am relatively pain free.  Previously I needed to visit the Physiotherapist at least once a week, now that I am attending Callanetics classes I probably only need to see the Physiotherapist once every second month, and then it is just a maintenance visit.   

 

Celeste is an extremely knowledgeable young lady and takes time with each individual student to make sure we are doing the various exercises correctly.  The classes are not large so that you don’t end up being “just a number”.

 

Celeste’s studio is absolutely first class, it’s large, light and airy, and very well equipped. The changing rooms are clean and pristine.  All in all a very positive and beneficial experience, which I would most certainly recommend.”
